Wade Bryant's Auto is a staple in Bend Oregon, established in 1984. We repair all types of vehicles with high-quality parts and standards. We are striving to take the shop to the next level with digital inspections, top-notch equipment, and top-notch team members. We’re passionate about what we do and enjoy doing it! We’re a team of professionals who are all just a little nuts and like to have fun throughout our day!

The owners have been in the automotive industry for 9 years, running a previous shop built from an empty building to a well-respected part of the community and 25 years as a technician. We look forward to being the #1 shop to work at and the first-choice customers want to bring their vehicle in the Bend and surrounding areas. We are really looking to create a new culture and family-friendly work environment. Here, no one is a number - they are a part of our team.

What’s the work environment like?

The facility is 9,500 sq ft with 9,000 of it shop area. We have 8 bays with lifts, 1 flat stall, 1 alignment drive on rack. The shop has 4 heating zones, a big exhaust fan, an exhaust extraction system and lots of insulation, meaning we stay comfortable year-round. We have a breakroom with a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, table, and chairs. Our facility provides diagnostic equipment, specialty tools, a parts washer, tablets, and laptops to our team of technicians. We are always adding to our tooling collection in order to make jobs faster and easier.

• General Repair Technician
• Service Advisor
• Service Advisor Assistant

Hours: Full Time, 40 Hours/week, 8 AM – 5 PM Monday – Friday

Pay Scales:

• A Technician Total Pay Range: $62,400 - $104,000/year ($30.00 - $50.00/hr.) Plus Production Pay based on Billed Hours PLUS Team Bonus/Hourly pay scale based on certifications and experience. 
• B Technician -Total Pay Range: $45,000 - $62,400/year ($21.63 - $30.00/hr.) Plus Production Pay based on Billed Hours. PLUS Team Bonus /Hourly pay scale. Based on certifications and experience.
• Service Advisor Total Pay Range: $41,600 - $62,400/year ($20.00 - $30.00/hr.) Hourly paid position PLUS Team bonus. 
• Service Advisor Assistant - $21 hourly position PLUS Team Bonus
